Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or engaging our services. By accessing executive-signing.pro or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services Provided

Executive Signing & Professional Solutions provides the following services in Hernando, Pasco, and surrounding counties in Florida:

• Mobile notary public services
• Loan signing agent services (NNA Certified)
• Real estate transaction coordination
• Virtual assistant services
• General notarial acts as permitted under Florida law

We do not provide legal advice. If you require legal counsel, please consult a licensed attorney.

Immigration Documents

We do not provide notary services for immigration documents or any forms directly related to the immigration process. This includes but is not limited to USCIS forms, visa applications, affidavits of support, and naturalization documents. Please seek another provider for those needs.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking through our Calendly scheduling system.
• Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to scheduling conflicts, inclement weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Travel fees may apply for mobile appointments depending on distance. These will be communicated prior to confirmation.

Fees & Payment

• The Florida state-mandated notarial act fee is $10.00 per signature notarized.
• Additional service fees (loan signings, TC services, VA services) will be quoted upon request.
• Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service.
• All fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of signing
• Ensure all parties who need to sign are present at the scheduled appointment
• Review your documents before the appointment — we cannot provide legal advice on document content
• Provide accurate information when booking your appointment

Limitation of Liability

Executive Signing & Professional Solutions acts solely as a notary public and/or signing agent. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legal validity of the documents we notarize. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service rendered.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to document errors made by other parties, lender or title company issues, or acts of nature.

Scope of Service

Transaction coordination services are provided to assist real estate agents with administrative tasks in the transaction process. We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers and do not provide real estate advice or represent buyers or sellers in any transaction.

Virtual assistant services are administrative in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional licensed advice of any kind.

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in Hernando County, Florida.
