- All fees are quoted and agreed upon before your appointment begins.
- Payment accepted: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit/debit cards.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: travel fee still applies.
- No-show or missing ID at appointment: full travel fee charged.
- Detention facility appointments require payment in advance.
- Signer must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID at every appointment.
- Florida law prohibits notarization of incomplete documents.
- Immigration documents are not notarized. Notary services are not provided for immigration documents or any forms directly related to the immigration process, including USCIS forms, visa applications, affidavits of support, and naturalization documents.
